Hi. Can anyone recommend a (fairly cheap) case with front panel USB2 and
maybe front panel IEEE1394 that is ready-to-go from the box. I.e. not re-
wiring the cables from the case's front panel - they just plug in!
TIA.
I personally went for the AOpen H600B. It's a really nice black
conservative case that doesn't look like it's your teenagers computer
experiment. I'm not too sure if you like the wild looking cases that have
been coming out lately, but if you don't, like me, it can be somewhat hard
to find a nice normal case. After doing all my searching, I went for the
Aopen. Check out their website
(
http://english.aopen.com.tw/products/housing/h600-series.htm). As for the
cabling, it worked no problem, everything fit just the way it came with the
case. However, if you ever get a different mobo that has different plugs,
the case has a neat feature, where all of the wires can be plugged in
individually too. Anyway, that's my two cents.
