Case formula?

Is there a formula to change the case of the information
from all caps to lowercase? I want to merge to a letter,
but don't want to use all caps. Thanks for any
suggestions!

=LOWER(A1)
this will take the text from A1 and make it all lower case.

Assuming the uppercase text is in cell A1, you can type
in cell B1 the following:
=lower(a1)

Take a look at the LOWER function, it should do
what your asking for.
