Have a case with with the following specs: ATX Form Factor, 30.5cm x 22.5cm,
6 mounting holes. Currently holds a VIA P4X-266 board. Will it hold most new
boards? Can't seem to find specs on # of mounting holes and size on newer
board sites... and, I know that cases are cheap, but I'd like to save the
$$$ and not buy a new one.

Thanks

| I regards to this question, one thing I've noticed is most newer boards are
| 30.5cm x 24.5cm, whereas my current board is 30.5cm x 22.5cm. So, if my case
| fits 22.5cm in width, will it fit 24.5cm. Again, it has 6 mounting holes....

Mounting holes are usually standard depending on the type of board: ATX, ATX
Micro, ATX Mini, AT, etc. Also, most cases are set up to handle more than one
type of board. The only time I've seen a problem in this area was when a case
was designed for an ATX Micro board and wouldn't take a regular ATX board.
