I'm Having trouble cascading two routers, they are both Wi-Fi. One
router is di-624 as my main and the other one is DI-624M. One ip is
192.168.1.1 and the other one is 192.168.1.2. Trying to use one for
wifi and the other one is for LAN only. It does not work..Please help..
thanks. My OS is XP pro SP2

Some wireless routers are used like by-pass only dispositives. With this
feature don't need IP and works like a simple switch.
As I see, you have two routers to enhanced the wireless area or making
wide. This option can be usefull for you.

The work of a router is guide a network route. For this, the number1 can
be the gateway of the number2.
If you want independient routers, each need a third gateway and should
release different DHCP range.

Try your best.

Can you describe how you're trying to connect them to together?
