cascading style sheets

Does Frontpage 2003 allow me to easily create cascading style sheets so
I can set the font size and keep the user from changing it by going to
View | Text Size | and selecting a size. I see many websites that
restrict the user from changing the font size.

Yes, but you really don't want to prhibit the viewer from changing the
size..... I'd leave immediately! Don't you want me to 'read' your site?

No - you cannot ever do this.
 
Hi Peter,

That is really something that you don't want to do because the purpose of having those commands is to allow the visually impaired a
way to adjust the text so they may read it or their screen readers.
 
Then you are using CSS backwards from how is it supposed to be used.

Why would you WANT to do that???
 
If I go into Accessibility under Tools | options I can check the
options that then allow me to over ride font sizes. Thats something I
just found and didn't no about. I might format different versions of
my webpage and then have java switch the user to the appropriate page
based on there resolution.

Java? I hope not. Surely you mean javascript.

And how do you know which is the appropriate page?

Please don't even think of doing this.
 
Resolution has nothing to do with the browser's window open or the user font size settings.
