Carry page total to the next page

Regarding Allen Browne's tips on creating a page total in a report.
How do I have the page total carried to the next page (at the top) and have
it added to the next page total?
 
If you want a progressive total that keeps incrementing (rather than a total
for just the one page), use a running sum.

Place a second copy of the Amount field in the detail section.
Set the Running Sum property of this control to Over Group.

This gives you a progressive total (on each line), so you now have a total
that continues to accumulate throughout the pages of the report.

Note that the page total approach at:

is not suitable for accumulating data over different pages, as the events
for all the pages may not fire if the user prints/previews only some of the
pages of the report.
