care to recommend a new vid card?

I currently have a 2.4ghz P4 with 512mb of ram running a Gigabyte
Radeon 9200. I'm looking to buy another card as this one does not
perform so well. I get pretty poor framerates in America's Army.

What is a good card for under $150 USD ? Should I upgrade to a 256mb
Radeon 9600? Or should I go Nvidia? Your recommendations are
appreciated.

If I stay with Radeon should I avoid any OEMs?

I like my new ATI Radeon Pro 9600 128mb card. If you play anything
using DirectX9, a new Radeon (best you can get for your budget) would
be a better choice trhan an Nvidia card.
