CardReaderLookupWindow Shutdown problem

Hi

When I closedown XP I often get a message that the CardReaderLookupWindow
won't close and I don't know how to get rid of this problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sam,

I found that turning off Photoshop Elements automatic camera/card
downloader under organization fixed the problem
