Card upgrade

I have decided that I want to upgrade from a 6600GT a 7800GS. Before i click the buy tab, is there anything wrong with the GS? Are there any other reccomendations for an AGP card thats fairly top of the range?

So.. Who makes the card your looking to buy? Theres a few different kinds. (Memory clock speed ect.)

Well Nvidia is the card make i prefer.. basically any AGP card thats around £250. I like the look of the 7800GS, i just want a second opinion

Yes i get that but i was wondering which particular one? Gainward, BFG, Leadtek, XFX?

Apparently an AGP 7900 , even though the title says 7800GS+ the specifications says 7900 all throughout.

Nice find Reefsmoka, but it is streching my budget a fair bit... would you think its worth getting the card you suggested over the card i originally looked at, with money in mind?

well there is no competition from ati for the high end agps, so a 7900 is going to be the fastest card you will get
