Capturing Video in MM2

I am using external IOmega SuperDVD Burner. I could capture video from my TV
if I use thirdparty software like MyDVD.
But,when I try to use MM2, it complains that video capture is not reconized
etc.
I would like to use MM2 but I don't seem to have a choice.

Any ideas how to fix this?

MM is designed for digital capture via firewire, it does work with some
analogue sources, but obviously not yours, so you need to keep using MyDVD,
then try importing the files you capture into MM, they will need to be avi
or wmv, for editing.
