Capturing stills

Hi, I have this problem. I want to put a picture of a friend in one of my
videos, but I don't have a picture of him on my computer, but he's in the
video. Is there a way to just like stop the video for like 5 seconds on one
still frame?

I guess you're using Windows Movie Maker?
Use the "Take Picture" button to capture a
..jpg of your friend.

search for...Pictures / Taking.

Ok thanks, but yes i am using windows movie maker and where is the take
picture button?
