capturing from Yahoo cam help

Greetings,
Is it possible to record(or if capture is a better word)when viewing Yahoo
cam? I have XP Pro with win Media Player and also WIN media capture program
(9?). Can anyone help me with the set up?

hi js,im new to using computers,i have a toshiba laptop and want to know
weather it is possible to record a webcam when it is playing ? if so how do i
do this ?
