Capture streaming video

We had a case come before the Ohio Supreme Court recently and they have
posted a streaming video of the event. I would like to save a copy of this
for posterity.
What freeware program can I use to do this? Can you give me some
instruction on the best way to set it up? I believe that they are using a
Real Media file and no next to nothing about capturing streaming files.
Thanks in advance,
Carolyn

Net Transport is a pretty good program for media downloads. It is
donationware.

That link seems to be broken. Do you have another link to this program?
Thanks,
Carolyn

From now to April 1 2005, the price with full features is only $24.95
(actual price should be $60.00)

No it isn't:

After registering, you can get all the advanced features, and remove
the nag screen window. Your payment will make Net Transport more
better, thanks!

It can be found at http://lycos26486.l97.lycos.com.cn/default.htm.
My copy of v1.85.245 doesn't nag. Also, look at these:

The last Freeware version:

Program: Net Transport (v 1.87)

* Issued 1.87.

June 22, 2004

* Issued 1.90, and now Net Transport is shareware, but you still can
use most of features, only advanced security features need to be paid,
but "Site Explorer" owns full features such as SSL, SFTP, ZLIB and
NAT/ICS/ICF. Strongly recommend purchase Net Transport, which is worth
buying.

Very odd.

The version i have doesn't seem to have any User Licence agreement which you
have to agree to, or anything indicating it has to be paid for. There is no
"enter registration code here" option or anything. In the About info, it
says Licensed to: Xi.

Most confusing...

Hi Ben,

The information Mel posted is a quote from the author's new site:

http://www.xi-soft.com/news.htm

I think v 1.90 was "honor sytem" shareware. I have this in my notes on
the program:

Net Transport is a shareware, you can use it for free. But if you wish
to express your appreciation for my work, and hope I can continue
developing and supporting it over the years, please buy it. Thanks!
