i want to edit my digital video with wmm but not to sure of the best setting
for the capture to get the best quality , because i would like to burn it to
a DVD when finished so i can send home for family to watch on there dvd
player at home . is the recomended one any good or should i chose one with a
higher bit rate . i would like to get the best sound and picture quality i
can .. thank you for any help

If it's a digital camcorder and you have the DV-AVI option, that's the
best.... if you don't have that option, then High Quality (NTSC or PAL)
would be good - the higher the bit rate, the better.
