Capture Settings

I am using a Dazzle 80 to capture my analog video from my VCR. My movie will be made into a DVD using Sonic's MyDVD. I thought I read somewhere to use High Quality Video (NTSC), but in the 'Other Settings' the only option is High Quality Video (Large or Small). What is the best capture setting for this configuration?
 
The options presented by MM2 depend on your system, so High Quality Large
would be your best choice.
