Capture of Date/Time Stamp

Mini-DV tape stores a running date/time stamp, which can be selectively
displayed (or not) during playback. Does MM capture this information
along with the audio and video, and if so, how do you display it?

you can't display it... if you know you need it, best to lay it on the tape
itself using the camcorder option.
