Hi,

Is it possible to capture keystrokes on a slide and echo them back on the
screen, for example, on a text box control on the slide?

You will need to insert a control text box. (View > toolbars> control toolbox)
And then right click and in properties set enter key behaviour and multiline
to true and probably change the font and forecolor. You might want to add
scrollbars too.You will be able to type in this box during a show and save
the inputted text

Did that answer the question / help?

John,
The approach you suggest will require to keep the focus on the text box so
that when the user press any key, the text control can receive it. Is it
possible not to have the focus on this control but what ever the user enters
is captured so, we can manipulate it using a macro.
