CAPTION FOR UPLOAD CONTROL

Has anybody been able to figure out how to change the wording of the
word "Browse" in a file upload control?

It seems to be built in the browser and it doesn't seem like we can
change it.


anybody knows?

No, the Browse caption cannot be changed on the HTML input (file) control.
