CapsLock allows you to turn on or off your CAPS lock key on your
keyboard. There is no user interface to this program, just execute it
and it will perform the task. You can add this utility to your Windows
Startup to ensure the CAPS lock key is on. Use the command line options
to either turn the key on or off.

BECASUE SOME PPL ARE LAZIER THAN TURTLES.

You appear to be under the misapprehension that the Capslock key helps
your spelling.
And who says turtles are lazy?

Dear Chrissy Capslock

It's fascinating to observe the dynamic evolution of language,
though it's not always a pretty sight.
I DID CAN'T YOU READ?

Yes I can, but your spelling is so atrocious I'm not sure what I was
reading.
Besides, it was a horrible slur on the industrious and peaceful turtle.

A tortoise rather than a turtle, and the stupid bunny was a hare.

(OK, maybe similar, but "The Turtle and the Bunny" just doesn't cut it
as a title...)

Turtle soup...

Got to catch a turtle first, and they are notorious for their cunning
and fleetness of foot.
