Found out how to do this:
In Outlook, open a new email message
Click in the main window of the new message (the body of the email)
Click on Tools | Autocorrect Options
Uncheck "Capitalize first letter of sentences"
Click Okay.
| Sorry,
| I am using Outlook 2003; when I create a new email or reply / forward an
| email and I hit the enter key, the first word on the new line will be
| capitalized without a period.
| I did uncheck "Capitalize first letter of sentences" but it still
| capitalizes.
|
| Thanks,
| AJS

||
|| You don't state your Outlook version or which editor you're using. For
|| Outlok 2003 using Word's built-in editor, click
|| Tools>Options>Spelling>AutoCorrect Options and uncheck "Capitalize first
|| letter of sentences". Other configurations are left as an exercise for
| the
|| reader.
