I frequently get these messages ***ON*** certain web pages when I
attempt to go to them on the web.

The exact message text is (between asterisks):
**********************************************************
Server Error

The following error occurred:
[code-CANT_CONNECT_LOOPBACK
Cannot connect due to potential
loopback problems

Please contact the administrator.
**********************************************************

These errors can occur/display several times on a web page and seem to
'be placed when imbedded references to ads? other sites? might
normally be expected to occur.

Is this 'My Problem'? (Or the remote site's administrator?)

If it's mine, (possible) cause(s)?

(Possible) Fix(es)?

Info:

Windows XP Pro 'completely up to date' with MS UPdate patches/fixes.

In case it might be relevant, I'm on a small home network behind a
Linksys HW Firewall AND am running ZoneAlarm Pro v4 with Ad Blocking
turned on.

Any/all help/suggestions welcome.

(PS: I'm also encountered LONG DELAYS the FIRST TIME I try to browse
'Shares' on other local computers on my home net and I kind of wonder
if there might be a common cause here...)
