Can't write to CD-RW

Can't write to cd-rw but can write to cd-r. Comes up with
easywrite reader not installed and drive not easywrite
recorded able. 48/24/48 Plextor drive. Easy CD Creator 5
with latest update installed.
 
If you are using Easy CD Creator to burn Cd you need to contact Roxio for
support.
