can't watch nickjr.com

My daughter is not able to watch videos on nickjr.com, i get the following
message. http://www.nickjr.com/nickvision/playtime/noplayer.jhtml

My computer had the problem with ie6 and i just upgraded to ie 7 and still
the same problem. I installed the latest flash program. I have a brand new pc
and i live in the usa. I went to a website to check what version of ie it
detects, and it says that it's ie 5.0 even though i just upgraded to ie 7.
Can anyone help me solve this browser problem?
