I have established a home network using a combined ADSL
router/firewall/wireless access point which shares a
broadband connection between 3 computers.
My desktop and laptop both run Windows XP, and having run
the Network Setup Wizard (to create 'familylan' on both
machines, I can't view either of them. I get the
following error message when trying to 'view workgroup
computers':
"Familylan is not accessible. You might not have
permission to use this network resource. Contact the
administrator of this server to find out if you have
access permission. The list of servers for this workgroup
is not currently available."
I am the only user on my desktop and am registered as the
administrator.
Can you help? Thanks.
