Can't view reports

I have an shared access database and one of the users can't
open/preview/print reports. There are no security/permission issues, she has
all the required references, but when she tries to view a report she gets an
error message "The OpenReport action has been cancelled."

Any ideas what could be causing this?
 
This question gets asked and answered several times per month. The most
popular answer seems to be the user has no default printer defined in the
Window Control Panel. Otherwise the printer driver might be obsolete.
 
Thanks, Duane. She did have a default printer selected, but not the one the
report was formatted for, so I changed her default printer and she's up and
running. I'm just wondering how she's managed to look at these reports all
these months??? She hasn't made any changes to her printer settings and the
printer she had is not obsolete - we all use it all the time. Strange.....
