Can't view pictures on cd-rw

I saved some pictures on a cd-rw using windows ME. I then
upgraded my computer to windows xp. I can no longer open
the the pictures using either the my e drive or the d
drive. If anyone knows how I can fix this I would
appreciate an answer. Marcydb
