Can't View Picture on a Website

When I want to look at a picture, e.g., my son's grade
school class, there's a white box with a red X in the
corner & I can't view the picture. Why & how can I fix?

Clean your Temporary Internet Files (Folder).
If still no joy then have a look at this page for other issues.

It may also be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS, reboot.
