I put my home movie on a cdr, but I can't view it on my dvd player. Why? Do I

Did you create the movie in Windows
Movie Maker? Did you save it as .WMV or
DV-AVI?
I'm thinking you need software that can
create a VCD. (most DVD players are
compatible with VCDs) Or...possibly a
DVD if you have a DVD burner.
Check the documentation / help files for
your burner, you may have a program that
can create a VCD.
