Can't View Faxes

Everything works fine when I send and receive, apart from one odd
symptom. If I right click on the details of a fax in the Fax Console
inbox and select 'VIEW' I get the message "Operation cannot be
completed", and if I click on 'Details' it tells me:
Application not found
(-2147221003, 2200001366)

If I go to the folder where the faxes are stored, I can view using Win
Fax Viewer - but bizarrely this shows only the front page. Any other
pages are hidden, though they are definitely still on the system. I
know this because I have eventually discovered I can 'see' the whole
fax if I print it; this works fine, but hardly seems right for the 21st
century!

How can I configure my system so I can see archived faxes on screen?

I just set Microsoft Fax up and I have a similar problem. I can preview an
outgoing fax and view it in the Sent Items folder, but I only see the first
page. When I print, I get them all. Is there a setting I'm missing?

Just figured it out. I've been hitting "Next Image" instead of "Next
Page".
