Cant use the Latin amerian Keyboard Layout

I just installed Windows XP, and when i looked for the
Latin american Keyboard Layout, i couldnt find it.

Please how could i intall it and use it because, right
now im using the US internatoinal but still the the keys
are wrong.

Regional and Language Options> Language. In the Text Services section click
Details. On the settings page and in the "Installed services" section, click on
Keyboard and then Add. On the next screen, you can select your input
language and preferred layout.
