can't use my music in movie maker or other programs

i copied over 70 cd's that i own to windows media player--
before i copied the first cd onto the computer, it asked
me if i wanted to copy protect, i said yes not knowing
that as a result of that, i cannot use any of those music
files in other programs on my computer such as movie
maker or photo story--my question is does anybody know
how i can change all the existing cds to non-protect? i
did change the setting in tools so any future cds i copy
i can use--thanks

I don't believe there is a way to remove the copy
protection. You'll probably need to re-rip them.
