cant upload photos

I cant get my photos to upload customer service thinks
this is a Java promblem , can anyone help me I uploaded
some last week wiyh no trouble now I cant get them to
upload and I get and Error everytime I turn on my pc that
says outsideerror=0 success=0. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
