Can't Update

I just downloaded and installed the program on my second
computer and when I try to update it I get the
message "Warning, could not connect to the Internet!". I
had no problems with my first computer (which is networked
to the second). I don't understand why it would say I'm
not connect to the internet when I obviously am.

This message can be caused by a lack of connectivity with the specific
update servers anywhere along the path.

Some see this appear and go away on its own.

It can also be caused by a third-party firewall app that regulates outbound
traffic, and by setting either Outlook Express or Internet Explorer to work
offline--sometimes folks who customarily use another browser do that.
