Can't update

Ensure that Internet Explorer or Outlook Express is
working online, open IE,from the File menu, ensure
that "Work Offline is not checked.
 
Updates are not frequent--approximately weekly, usually at the end of the
week.

If you go to Help, about--what definition number are you on?

Current is 5715.
 
if theres a freezing and lockup involve when updating try
to wait for a while maybe 1-3 minutes.
