Take a look at this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/892350 (info provided
by Andre Da Costa) and check whether Internet Explorer and Outlook Express
are set to work on-line (not off-line).

For the time that I have installed I have experienced

the same thing can anyone help us and tell us what needs
to be done for the updated the latest version or
components please? Thank you a bunch
