It appears that a while back I deleted several programs
incorrectly. Noe all I have is just the program name
left. How do I go about deleting when it says uninstall
will no continue. can't find programs uninstall or
something simular. I no longer have these programs to
reload! Thanks, Gayle

Unless you know where every piece of software is installed, then you can't
remove it. And you can't reload and uninstall, so unless you want to format
and start over nothing you can do.

You can delete them by clicking start---run---type in regedit---click OK and
go to:
HKEY_LPCAL_MACH_Software\microsoft\windows\current
version\uninstall----highlight & delete.

The above will not remove the files that are left over from a bum uninstall,
only their listing.
