Can't type

Can't type anywhere except the browser and drop down menu's are all blank.
Had installed IE7, got a Dr. Watson Debugger needs to close and a typewriter
icon appeared in tray. Uninstalled IE7, ran scans even did a system restore
and still can't type anywhere but browser. HAD to go to a diff browser in
order to be on the internet. OE is experiencing NO problems with keyboard.
Hope someone can help me. TIA
 
Hi Linda :-)

Try doing a System Restore to a date prior to installing the IE7 and see if
that will restore your IE functions.
