Can't synchronizes accounts to Windows Mail on Vista

I don't know how to obtain the POP or IMAP from my school account or from my
hotmail account to synchronize them to windows mail!

How do I do this correctly?

Windows Mail can only access Hotmail accounts via POP3, not http (as the
newer Windows Live Mail can).
the required settings are here... try 587 for the Outgoing port...

For your school account, check their website for the email settings
required.
