When I enter System/Properties and change the way I want
MP3s, MPEGs and other Multimedia events handled (I am
switching from RealPlayer to WinAmp),RealPlayer takes
control after I close the window. Is there a way to stop
RealPlayer other than deleting it from my system?

Thanks

You know, for me, all I wanted to do was look at other media players.
But they end up talking over. I ended up deleting RealPlayer. (I
didn't like all of those commercials for one thing - a pain for me
when I was at dial -up speeds especially). Then I had WimAmp on my
system and fired it up - then everything played with WimAmp - I didn't
like it. So I deleted that one too.

The Windows Player is still the best in my onion. What advantage does
another have over it?
