Can't start use MS Outlook 2003

When I configure my acounts in MS Outlook 2003 I recieve message "reported
error 0x80040154 uncnown error". The same acount work normaly in the other
computer. Please help me to correckt that!

You'll need to supply more information, like what type of account, how you
tried to define it, and what settings you used.

My OS is Windows XPSP2, account are 3 - 2 stsndart(pop3) and 1
gmail(pop3-port 469 and smtp-port995). I start 4 times Deteckt and Repear,
uninstall then install, then stop antivirus(NOD32), stop firewall... nothing
the result is error

Try disabling the firewall temporarily while you're testing.
 
Of course I try without antivirus, without firewall. The same result

Thanks Brian, I was read all Google answers, but can't manage the proble.
This night I format and reistall Windows, then in clean instalation I install
new Office 2003(not, firewall, not antivirus,..nothing. The same result. I
think problem in OS Windows XPSP3 not in OFFICE, Any sevice or server doesn't
work in my computer. Have you any idea where is problem?
