Can't start Outlook

I can't open Microsoft Outlook anymore. I now get this
message..."Cannot Start Microsoft Outlook. The .DLL file
for the information service could not be found. MAPI was
unable to load PSTPRX.dll"......etc.
How can I correct this so I can again use Outlook?
