Cant Start Outlook

Can anyone help. I click on icon to open Outlook (2003 in Windows XP home,
all patched OS and Office) Receive the error "BCM encountered a problem and
needs to close." I am offered an option firstly to start Outlook in Safe
mode, this fails, then it sets off to repair. Sometimes this seems to work
(IE it completes), other times it fails. Either way the outcome is the same.
Problem continues and cannot access Outlook. All other apps in office seem
to work okay.. Any help please.

Does it give you any kind of error report window prompting you to send / do
send ?Also can you tell me the version of BCM that you are running is it the
update or V1
 
I eventually found the root of the problem. The computer was also loaded
with Autocad 2007 and there was a conflict on .Net V2. Autodesk Readers
Require it, but it was not compatable with BCM. Download BCM update and this
resolved the issue.
