Can't start my server

Hello,
My server w2k family block at startup on "network connection
preparation" so I've tryed to boot on safe mode and iIstill can't open
a session...
So I've tried the boot mode "active directory restauration" and that's
what I get, the server restart after this message:
"the service c:winnt\system32\lsass.exe have been stop in an
irreguliar way state code 1066598274 so it will restart the system"
(french translation)
Bouhouuuu I need to start my server!!! :-(((

Boot off the Windows 2000 server CD and do a Repair Installation to
fix it.
