Hi, there, i'm using win2000 pro SP4 and my internet
connection disappeared. When i try to create a new
connection, it gives me "ICWCONN1.EXE - Application
Error". When i click on the "Phone and modem options" in
my "control panel" it brings up the "Location Information"
screen where i'm supposed to specify my location, area
code and access dial number. Although it does not allow me
to choose the country/region as the drow-down menu is
blank. It does not let me leave it blank either as it says
that i must select the country/region. Therefore, i have
to somehow specify my country/region or reinstall it
somewhere...please, help!!
