When using modern laptops, that use a second (external)
monitor as an extension to the desktop area, rather than a
duplication of the built-in screen, i cannot get
powerpoint to display the slideshow on the external
device, it always defaults to displaying on the primary
screen.
This is proving a real problem with laptop users taking
presentations on the road with data projectors. The main
problem laptops are Dell and Compaq, we have few sony
vaio laptops that still use an external device as a mirror
duplicate of the laptop screen, but i'd like to fix the
issue for the Dell and Compaq users.
Is there a workaround for this problem?
