Cant show Display Picture

[PCS]

My WIN XP messenger (newest version) does not have the
picture I show to others. I do have it in other "user"
profiles. I've tried to change the display picture, and
still nothing is shown on my screen (messenger)

Are you using MSN Messenger 6.x (Windows XP comes with Windows Messenger, which does not
support display pictures)? You can find MSN Messenger 6.x here:
