Can't set-up windows mail

Hi, im having problems setting up windows mail.Ive set up my e-connection.
and can get on line ok.I have to go on web page to receive e-mail.My server
provider is tiscali.so i have to go everytime to the home page to log on to
receive mail.
I want to be able just to click on windows mail.Ive tried putting in server
provider.Im not that great with the jargon!! Can someone help put into plain
english step by step what i should do i would be so gratefull.

Tools menu>accounts>
Your settings should be:
login (e-mail address removed)
incoming email (POP3) pop.tiscali.co.uk
outgoing email (SMTP) smtp.tiscali.co.uk

If not ask your ISP for the settings.

Nicky, never post using your real email address in newsgroups, you are
opening yourself to Spam, and plenty of it!
Go to your news account and change the address to a munged one
(e-mail address removed)
You will be able to post OK but you will not get picked up by the spambots
that trawl newsgroups for valid email addresses.
You already did, but damage limitation now.
You can add a signature to your posts if you want people to reply to you,
but that is not the done thing!
Suggested Sig:
"To reply change the obvious"

See this, it might be better for you? It is for OE, but use same setup for
WM.
