THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE APPEARS WHEN I TRY:
The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'Fw:
Congratulations your photo has been selected...', Account: 'Mail', Server:
'smtp.aol.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.1.1 E4.13 MAILBOX NOT
FOUND', Port: 587, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number:
0x800CCC79

The error message means just what it says. There is no mailbox for
'(e-mail address removed)'. Apparently that individual has closed their AOL
account. You should be able to send to other recipients without getting
that error message.

"Mailbox not found" seems like a pretty clear message to me.

There's no point in troubleshooting this, because the problem is that you're
sending mail to an address that doesn't exist, or no longer exists.

If you know the person who had it, get the new and correct address.
Otherwise, delete it.
