can't send ???

help! below is the error message i get when trying to send.
Recent history : transfered my windows mail from desk cpu to laptop, both
vista... using easy transfer.

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'hey', Account:
'pop.videotron.ca', Server: 'relais.videotron.ca', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '550 5.7.1 Relaying not allowed: (e-mail address removed)', Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Did you follow the troubleshooting procedures? What were the (in detail)
results?
Have you contacted your ISP's technical support to go over your
configuration? What were the results?

To get good results from posting questions here, you need to provide
detailed, complete information. For example, are you having the problem on
the desktop, laptop or both?
 
Obviously you believed them when they said "easy transfer". Do you still
believe them?
