Can't Send Webpage by Email

Within IE6 I am unable to send webpages by e-mail. I can send links, but
not the pages themselves. Is this an Outlook problem or an IE6 problem? I
am running Outlook 2003 within WinXP. Any ideas or suggestions would be
appreciated.
 
Your default mail format in Outlook needs to be HTML, and the page can't be
too complex.
